tagged me in this meme may as well fill it out, since just about the only thing I'm good at is way overthinking my characters and backgroundsHere are the rules for the meme:

They wanted to know about Cole/Miurki in general.
1) Cole's full name is Nicole, her parents wanted her to have a 'human name' so she would fit in better but it didn't work and she didn't like it either way, so she only goes by Cole.
2) She lives in a gutted out fighter-bomber that's been refitted to have the bomb-bays turned into small makeshift living quarters, it is called the Shanty Rig. the Shanty Rig actually serves as a tug for a larger un-powered cargo barge that stores cargo and some larger living quarters, it frequently waits in orbit while she does jobs planetside.
3) like most Miurki, her diet is heavily weighted towards seafood, and finds larger/tougher foods like steak to be a bit of a bother to eat, as it must be cut into smaller pieces since they don't chew like a normal human.
4) she would rather talk than fight when at all possible, because in her words "bullets are expensive" and "every fight might be the one you don't walk away from"
6) She's not particularly well educated, being raised on the fringe, she's got street smarts and the know-how of a roughneck/cowgirl, but lacks any formal education.
7) Her three favorite things in life are a warm shower, good food, and some relaxing music.
8) as a Miurki, she shares several anatomical peculiarities unique to Miurkis.
- She has slightly worse hearing than a human, as the Miurki ear evolved to hear sounds clearly underwater, their in-air hearing is a bit less sensitive to detail. She also posses a phenomenal sense of smell due to the Miurki tongue having an order of magnitude more olfactory receptors than a human nose.
- Like all Miurki she has bivalve lungs that are made up of a semi-rigid vestigial shell and open/close like a bellows, due to this anatomy difference Miurkis make a low muffled clicking sound when they cough as their lungs close quickly.
- having evolved from mollusks, Miurkis posses hemocyanin rather than hemoglobin based blood, making their blood bright blue, and giving them the ability to adsorb oxygen much more efficiently at low oxygen levels, letting them hold their breathe for 15+ minutes on average.
- Their Intestines are coiled in a logarithmic spiral like a nautilus shell, rather than kind of corrugated/folded like a humans.i think they might have a special shell around their heart, and maybe some other organs. makes them more durable than humans
- they also possess a small vestigial shell around their heart, which makes them a little more durable than humans, though not superhuman or anything.

Eight facts abut everyone's favorite healbot.
- The healbot that everyone knows and loves is actually Healbot #4-26187, just one individual out of many thousands of healbots, "Healbot" is the generic given name for all healbots.
- Healbot may be a 'bot', but she does have a fully functional emotional matrix that allows her to experience human emotion. She shows emotion primarily via her large 'ears' that waggle and droop to express emotion
- Healbot serves the Dominion military as a combat medic and field research assistant.
- Healbot is a Mark 4 model, there have been 3 previous healbot models in the past, with a new Mark 5 model rumored to be in production
- Healbot has had several aftermarket modifications added over the years, including reinforced casing around vital functions, and a stomach/tasting apparatus that allows her to convert food (and other biodegradables) into energy, similar to a Mechari.
- Healbot is easily flustered and embarrassed, especially when teased, or exposed to 'lewd behavior'.
- Her faceplate is actually a screen, that can display a wide variety of information (and has occasionally been hacked to play video games).
- The character of Healbot was originally designed as a role-playing character for the game Wildstar, but I made her design/history generic enough that she can be slotted into almost any scifi setting with relative ease.
